Baby Sleep
Is it necessary to change the position your baby sleep?
Babies should sleep on their back, since this posture is recommended the cot death has lower notably. But, sleeping every night in the same position has a serious incovenient, the head shape can be deformed. This problem can be avoid by changing the position of your baby sleep.
You can change the position of the cot in the baby's room, so the baby gets used to sleeping in several positions, instead of always facing the same way. If the baby's cot is in the parent's room, one week the cot should be at the left of the parents bedroom and the next week at the right. This way the baby will move the head position to look at the parents. During the day when the baby is awake, change the position to her front.
Check the shape of the baby's head specialy the first three months, because the best time to correct it is between the third and the sixth month.
