Creating the perfect breastfeeding environment

Breastfeeding environment

Environment very important while breastfeeding:
Days after the childbirth, mom and baby need to learn everything together (they have no experience). It is important to breastfeed in private. In a silence and relaxed atmosphere. Is not only important to create the right feeling, but also to create a well being sensation in contact with the skin: stress or uncomfortable position can develop a negative feeling during breastfeeding, which can even block the oxitocine reflex, important to the affluence of the breastmilk.
How to create the perfect atmosphere while breastfeeding?
Find a comfortable place with no noise and low lights, and warm enough. Find your own space and personalize it with a nice plant, a lamp that gives the right light, a good chair, and blankets and pillows chosen by the mother.
The right environment will help the emotional connection that breastfeeds creates between mother and child. While the mother acquire more experience, the preparation rituals get less and less important, the connection is already there.
Remember, that with the breastmilk, the baby also receives love. So is nice that the mother caresses the baby head or talk softly to the baby while breastfeeding.
