During breastfeeding, a great and complex hormonal changes take place in the woman body. This can help the woman not to get pregnant while she is breastfeeding. But indeed, all this changes causes that the mother becomes very vulnerable to stress. During breastfeeding the body of the woman is not really prepared for another pregnancy, so it is recommendable to use some kind of contraceptive to avoid any unwanted surprise. It is important for the woman to be completely recovered before facing another pregnancy, also the baby will need much attention that a mother in a stage of delicate pregnancy can not really give.
