Halloween costumes for infants and toddlers
Baby Ghosts and Goblins
It's that time of year again. When once you only had yourself or your spouse to worry about costuming, now you've got some new additions to the family, and they would look so cute in a Halloween costume. But where can you find good, safe Halloween costumes for infants and toddlers? You may be tempted to shop online, where prices can be cheap, but it's usually better to see the material for yourself, as well as feel its texture, so you can be sure it won't irritate your baby's skin or feel too hot. Halloween costumes for infants and toddlers generally start in the price range of $10, but can go as high as $40, depending on how elaborate you require the costume to be.
Some popular costumes include vampires, devils, princesses, bats and cats. M&M candies are also popular and cute, as are simple pumpkins, clowns or ghosts (how about going as Casper, the friendly ghost?) Other popular "brand name" costumes you can find online or in stores during autumn are Elmo from Sesame Street, The Care Bears, The Teletubbies, Barney the Dinosaur, Thomas the Tank Engine, Baby Spiderman and Baby Batman. Maybe your toddler is very vocal about who he or she wants to be, in which case you may be stuck making the costume yourself. Many a devoted mother has stayed up all night before Halloween crafting the perfect outfit. Have fun with it, and don't forget to purchase a costume for you and your husband, too!
